Founded by David King MBE as part of a strategic business group developed in a number of market sectors in both property and industry. During the past twenty years Grandvilla has diversified its interests to include Cafes and  Restaurants, Courier Services, Facilities Management, Remanufacturing and Recycling and, of course, Property investment in the Commercial and Residential markets.
